Boosting the economy?

The Economy Boosting bill that has such widespread bipartisan support is not of sufficient size and scope to truly affect the current economic cycle. It is simply a one time bonus for us taxpayers. It will show up as a blip on an economists graph as we look back on 2008, but will not translate into a sustained economic upturn by itself

Fortunately, most economists are predicting the economy will begin to see an upward turn about midyear.

So what do I make of the Economy Boosting Bill?

It is simply a way for the politicians (on both sides of the isle) to take credit for an already predicted economic strengthening.
