I keep getting the question, "When are the prices on Commercial Real Estate going to drop". And the answer is, "They already have".

We are seeing properties sell for about 20% below their listing price and sometimes less than that. The people who are buying them are the ones smart enough to write an offer. I am doing it for my buyers and we are getting some good deals.

Anybody out there waiting for the good deals to come along is missing out.
