- Tampa Bay Area Office Vacancies: 13.7% (up from 12.4% at the end of Q2)
- Downtown St. Pete Office Vacancies: 11.7% (among the lowest in the area)
- Downtown St. Pete "Class A" Office Vacancies: 22.5%
- Gateway "Class A" Vacancy Rates: 8.7%
- Tampa Office Vacancy Rates: 14% (Downtown, Westshore, and I-75 areas)
Expect more of the same for the next few quarters.
