Retail space in the Signature building - for sale at  $325/SF for a shell.
Office on 4th Street - $12/SF for full service.
Strip Centers in Largo - $10/SF (+ $4 pass thru).
Downtown Office Space - $14/SF Full Service.
Koger Center (Gandy and 9th) - $18.50/SF to $24/SF full service.
Retail Space across from Baywalk - $21/SF NNN.
4th St and 22nd Ave office space - $18/SF (+ $5 pass thru)
Janus Landing, Upstairs office space - $13/SF Modified Gross.
The YMCA Building Downtown - $2.2 Million.
