We just closed the sale of 1698 34th Street North, an 8000 SF retail / Office Property next door to the Publix on 34th ST (just south of 22nd Ave). The buyer (who shall remain nameless until they are ready to announce) paid $575,000 for the property using SBA 504 loan financing.

The only hitch in the deal was the late discovery of a fuel oil tank on the property, which was removed without mishap.
