Last week we closed on this nice 2400 SF retail space. It is located just over the bridge on the North side of Gandy Blvd (when coming from St. Petersburg). The Purchase price was approximately $435,000 and we closed on the contract in about 90 days. This property used to be a Pizza hut and was most recently a financial services office. For the appraisers out there, this was an arms length transaction and the building was in good condition.
