Some time ago I posted in this blog the results from the Signature Condominium Auction . Yesterday I spoke with signature's Realtor, the hard working Debbie Newman, and she let me know that only 4 units remain available.

And The Sage is undergoing a similar change. A few months ago a group from Nova Scotia bought the remaining, vacant 70+ units for rentals and now have only 12 left.

As the supply goes away, the prices will rise across the board.. Hurry if you are interested in living downtown.
