We just closed a sale transaction for 3237 Tyrone Blvd (just north of Tyrone mall). The building is 4000 SF and sold for about $270K. We put together the financing through the SBA 504 program and Regions Bank. With this program the buyers only put 10% down and get very competitive interest rates on a good loan (I have talked about this program before on this blog here and here ).



The new owner is a small businessman who is going to transform the building into new office and move his existing business there.
